Directement rattaché au VP Audit Groupe, il/elle sera chargé(e) de créer, développer et gérer le nouveau Département Audit européen. Dans ce cadre, il/elle recrutera, animera et supervisera une équipe d’auditeurs dédiés. Ses responsabilités porteront à la fois sur de l’audit de production, de vente et de holding, de façon à couvrir l’ensemble des usines et des entités légales du périmètre européen élargi, employant au total plus de 3.000 personnes. Il/elle pourra également être amené(e) à réaliser ponctuellement des audits dans d’autres entités du groupe (Chine, USA…) ainsi que d’autres investigations confidentielles, à la demande du VP Audit Groupe à qui il rend compte.
Il/elle s’assurera de la fiabilité et de l’efficacité du contrôle interne et des procédures diverses et garantira la maîtrise des risques. En s’appuyant sur les différents audits financiers effectués, il/elle apportera des recommandations, des conseils et identifiera les opportunités d’amélioration. Il/elle construira le plan d’audit annuel pour l’Europe, en coordination avec le VP Audit Groupe et les autres Responsables Audit Régionaux, de façon à assurer la conformité globale avec la Section 404 de la réglementation Sarbanes-Oxley.
Poste basé en Alsace, nécessitant de fréquents déplacements internationaux, évolutif vers une fonction de Manager Financier au sein du groupe.
Profil
De formation supérieure en finances, vous souhaitez valoriser une expérience managériale réussie dans l’audit, acquise en cabinet d’audit, en tant que Senior ou Chef de Mission, et/ou en entreprise en tant qu’Auditeur ou Senior Analyst. La connaissance de SAP ainsi que des normes US GAAP (au minimum de solides notions) sont requises. Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (langue de travail) est exigée. Une expérience dans un groupe industriel américain constituera un solide atout.

This leading global manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical systems, listed in stock exchange, is creating a new European Auditing Department to support its growth.
Position
Reporting directly to the Vice-President Auditing, the Manager Auditing - Europe will be in charge of setting up, developing and managing the new European Auditing Department. S/he will recruit, coach and supervise a dedicated team of auditors. S/he will execute and administer independent audit assignments and control self-assessment assignments that test the reliability and integrity of financial and operating controls surrounding business processes, throughout all the plants, sales offices, distribution centers and other legal entities in Europe (over 3.000 staff in about 20 locations). S/he will also complete reviews, assessments and/or other confidential investigations, in Europe and occasionally in other regions (USA, China...), at the request of the Auditing Management.
S/he will be responsible for the development and the completion of the annual audit schedule to ensure global compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Moreover, s/he will evaluate the seriousness of control deficiencies and establish an appropriate audit grade that provides management and the Audit Committee with an accurate assessment of the risk to the company. S/he will communicate recommendations, guidance and opportunities for efficiency improvements, based on activities reviewed.
The position is located in Alsace and some assignments may require extended periods of travel. The company offers opportunities for a highly motivated and successful candidate to be promoted internally to other Finance Manager’s roles
Profile
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in financing is mandatory. An additional certification in audit or accountancy (CIA, CPA or CISA) will be an asset. The position requires supervisory/management experience acquired either in an auditing firm as a Senior Auditor or a Manager or/and within a global company (ideally an American industrial group) as an Auditor or a Senior Analyst. Broad understanding of US GAAP, strong working knowledge of SAP as well as fluency in English are compulsory.
