Director – Expense Management ( Comp and Bens ) recruitment
This role will report directly into the Regional CFO and you will focus on developing and growing a focused team, with an emphasis on financial information relating to compensation and benefits globally. You will play a key role in driving the budgeting and strategic decision making process– as well as becoming a strategic partner to the respective business heads and helping to manage cost across the group. This is a new function in Singapore for the bank and therefore will require someone with excellent accounting and man management experience with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get into the detail.
To qualify for this position you will require :
- A professional accounting degree or qualification
- Strong senior level finance exposure from a Banking environment
- At least 5 years experience working in a cost / expense management related function
- The ability to manage and influence stakeholders
- Excellent management experience and the ability to recruit, manage and develop a large team
