Director – Fund Management – RE logistics recruitment
A leading global provider of distribution facilities and logistics services is looking for a well-trained and hard core portfolio management professional to be part of their Fund Management team based in the Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Fund Manager , the role will be responsible for portfolio management of one or more Funds.
- Overall responsibility for managing the Fund-level budgeting, reforecasting, leasing, investment performance tracking and reporting processes to ensure optimal Fund performance.
- Timely delivery of information to internal personnel and reporting to investors. The role will have primary contact responsibility with field personnel, lenders, appraisers, consultants and internal accounting and reporting teams.
- Responsible for fund-level portfolio models that track actual and forecast financial outlook, project most likely performance scenarios and calculate anticipated internal rates of return, time-weighted returns, distributions and promotes, etc. Improve models as necessary
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong real estate fund management experience
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports, legal documents, and scientific technical journals
- Ability to effectively present information to senior management.
- Strong financial modeling skills and related experience
- Sound experience in setting-up/managing cross-border investment structures and strong knowledge of relevant legal principles.
- Willingness to occasionally work irregular or long hours. Strong sense of ownership and drive to see through projects to conclusion
