Director – New Business Review recruitment
This is a Director level hire with oversight for teams based out of Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo
You and your team will focus heavily on driving the new business review process across a range of asset classes, with a particular focus on debt products –and you will assess these primarily from an accounting policy, regulatory and valuations perspective. You will be the primary face off to the structuring groups, finance heads across the region and the front office in relation to the review process, as well as providing mentorship and support to the existing team.
To qualify for this position you will require :
- 15+ years in a new business, accounting policy, structuring or valuations role
- Strong and varied product knowledge
- Technical expertise with a strong grasp of accounting and regulatory concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage a dynamic and highly motivated team
