Director 1, Ad Sales Advanced Media Director of Sales, Ad Delivery

Tasks: - Educates managers and sales teams on products through face-to-face market presentations and one-on-one interactions. - Collaborates on media communications to ensure that overall goals for the accounts are met. - Builds strong affiliate relationships in order to facilitate or expedite the sell-in process of advance media initiatives. - Works with senior management to help create a business plan as part of overall company and division sales growth strategies. - Collaborates with team and prioritize work. Strategically use resources and other corporate support groups. - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Prospect, develop, and close new business sales within developed and established network of Major Ad Agencies Traffic Directors and with Client Direct contacts in the assigned territory or region to achieve annual revenue goals. Establishes sales objectives and procedures to be consistent with the overall direction of all sales activities within the regional market area. Accountable for the recruiting and the management of the ad sales team in a major regional market. Direct reports will be added, as needed, to grow Comcast Ad Delivery revenues.-Create enhance and maintain relationships with key accounts and agencies -Excellent presentation skills, meeting preparation, and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem solving, listening, and communication skills -Effectively evangelize new platform within ad community at events, trade-shows, ad organizations -Utilize sales tools to prospect and target new business sales -Update weekly sales forecasts/contacts in salesforce -Lead and achieve sales revenue goals within the Ad Sales Region. -Follow established sales objectives and procedures to be consistent with the overall direction of all sales activities within the regional market area. -Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. -Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. -Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
