Job Description
Director 1, Product Management-Exton PA
Tasks:
- Directs, establishes, maintains, and plans the overall policies and
goals for a product management department.
- Sets new product strategy for program or product group.
- Applies expertise in state-of-the-art product technologies and is
relied on by top management to serve as a proxy for the market.
- Defines, develops, and implements standard operational frameworks for
products.
- Coordinates with sales and marketing to assess client and industry
needs and identifies possible solutions to meet those needs.
- Accountable for profit and loss or budgetary management of assigned
products.
- Develops business cases and supporting documentation.
- Oversees development of assigned new products and services and ensures
customer's needs are met. Provides product support and documentation
and develops of product materials.
- Manages lifecycle of new products and services.
- Demonstrates excellent project management skills, with a proven track
record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget
expectations and to strategy.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters
of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of the XH Wireless Strategic Playbook for launching this new product and achieving maximum market penetration to include but not limited to;
- In collaboration with Division channel leaders, work to interpret and coordinate national strategies to align with and compliment the Region's subscribers XH Wireless growth and revenue goals.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to meet the goals of the regions transactional sales through vendor supported sales models.
- Aggressively monitor, evaluate and develop a high performing sales organization to maximize results.
- Create and implement sales incentive programs to meet and exceed XH Wireless RGU growth objectives consistent with a high peforming sales organization.
- Act as a resource for Regional leadership teams across functional and hierarchical entities. Identifies and implements initiatives and/or best practice program improvements to ensure success of these new product lines.
- Seek out feedback on launches, product sales installation process for improvement to enhance and streamline customer interaction and ease of doing business.
- Create plans to educate the broader employee base on XH Wirelss products while building targeted strategies to capture the employee as a new customer to XH Wireless.
