Role Summary/Purpose

To build clients relationships and originate sales in Greater China and/or for various GE Capital platforms across the world with product coverage including leasing, structured finance products, Vendor CDF programs.

Essential Responsibilities

•Help define actionable market niches and fine-tune go to market strategy for applicable products and market segments
•Establish personal client relationship network under the team’s strategic framework to maximize prospecting opportunities
•Generate potential transaction ideas and sales pipeline with a goal of achieving the team’s operating plan
•First line screening of potential transactions to focus on qualified leads
•Record and follow up sales activities and track sales pipeline progress
•Work with Risk team to assist in underwriting and closing transactions
•Assist in global transaction involving Greater China client
•Assist in future new lending product development and introduction for Greater China

Qualifications/Requirements

•Undergraduate Degree / MBA in Finance, Economics or Management•7+ years working experience in financial industry with direct experience in sales and customer relations management in Corporate Finance/ Corporate Lending/ Leasing•Ideally familiar with lending market in China/HK and has experience dealing with medium size corporate customers or exporters•Dynamic, driven, resourceful personality•Ability to work in fluid and team oriented environment•Good oral and written presentation/communication skills •Fluent in English Chinese, spoken and written
