Director

Working for one of the country's leading Financial Institutions, the Director role is a high profile position that provides the opportunity to both manage relationships, and lead transactions that focus on the design and execution of complex client strategies for institutional customers.

The Utilities and Infrastructure (UI) Segment services businesses in the power, downstream/ midstream gas, water, defence, road/rail, port infrastructure and engineering construction sectors Globally. The segment has a strong investment banking focus particularly in project and structured finance, capital/primary markets and corporate advisory.

This position requires an individual with;
* An expert understanding of the Utilities and/or Infrastructure space
* Extensive business dealings in the Asia Pacific Region from an Institutional product perspective
* A strong marketing and client planning discipline,
* Broad leadership capability to successfully collaborate across all product groups and
* The ability to lead execution and structuring for specific transactions jointly with Research, Risk and Product Professionals.

As the successful applicant, you'll have overall responsibility for the bank's relationships with a high profile client base, and new client origination, primarily focusing on the Utilities sub segment.

Responsibilities include the coordination of client pitching and engagement strategies, providing industry insight and expertise, and driving overall group client returns while maintaining excellent credit risk standards.
