Director
The role is to act as the person responsible for all strategic Trading initiatives and execution.
Duties include:
• Responsible for the operating model, controls and team
• Responsible for platforms, tools using best of breed resources
• Working closely with the head of Fixed Income Trading to create excellent dealer reporting, coverage and selection
• Working closely with the board of IT ideas and processes
• Accountable for trading policies, control and monitoring
For this role we are looking for someone highly experienced in Investment Management Fixed Income, with particular focus in futures, interest rate and credit derivatives. The candidate will understand front office and operational needs and be able to act as a champion for departments
