Director
A director level opportunity has arisen within the corporate banking arm of a prestigious top tier bank based in London to work within the Complex Deal Team looking after a mid-market client base.
As a Director within the complex deal team you will have a number of different but equally important responsibilities covered in three key areas. You will essentially oversee and work alongside a time who work to structure and execute complex deals on behalf of the corporate banking team. However, a large part of the role will involve the consistent liaison with the relationship managers and business development peers within the business.
Expected of a Director with the CDT will be an excellent understanding of debt products, the feeling and expectations of the wider debt market and the ability to understand the more technical elements of the role such as pricing and negotiating debt funding in coalition with the relationship managers. Critical to the role is a demonstrable background in credit analysis with a view to understanding the risk posed to the business and the ability to articulate this to credit panels and internal stakeholders alike.
