Title: Director, Ad Sales Marketing

Reports To: Senior Vice President, Marketing

The Screenvision cinema advertising network is comprised of 15,000 screens in 2,400 theater locations across all 50 states and 93% of DMAs nationwide.
 

Director of Ad Sales Marketing

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role is responsible for overseeing all sales marketing initiatives and supporting senior management to drive growth and revenue goals.

 

Responsibilities include:

•  Oversee Ad Sales Marketing operations to support the National, Regional and Local sales

•  Work closely with Pre-Show Programming team to create and develop unique and compelling content and branded entertainment that could be proactively packaged for sales

•  Work closely with sales to develop custom strategies and presentations for key advertising clients/targets fully integrating our sales and brand positioning

•  Guide your team to develop best-in-class custom ideas for advertisers that leverage the in-theatre experience and assets, our pre-show and our mobile platform, Screenfanz

•  Manage team – guide assignments, approve work, teach new skills, and mentor career development

•  Work closely with Events Director on corporate and advertiser-sponsored functions

•  Oversee centralized Marketing budget

•  Stay abreast of category, industry and consumer trends to support the development of strategic, creative concepts and proposals

Qualifications include:

•  Bachelor’s Degree (marketing/communications major preferred), MBA a plus

•  Strong ability to interact with senior level management, internally and externally

•  Proven success in product/media marketing, including expertise in a variety of media types

•  Strong background managing multiple creative projects within deadline and under budget

•  Experience within the mobile/app category a plus

•  Strong business writing and oral communication skills as well organizational and interpersonal skills

•  Proficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
