The Director of the Adult Day Health program will be responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating of the clinical, supportive and administrative processes and systems. Key leadership role in the management and day-to-day operations of the Dutton Center Adult and Social Day Programs. Responsible for the management, provision and coordination of safe, high quality health and adult day care services.  Ensures that the center is able to plan, implement and evaluate services, programs and activities and meet the standards set by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the ADH industry.  Provides direct nursing care and therapeutic activities as needed. Works in collaboration with families of the clients.

Bachelors degree in Nursing required. Masters in Nursing or management preferred.  Adult Day Health or community based program experience required.  Progressive leadership skills and administrative experience required.  Candidates must also possess entrepreneurial skills, business management skills, financial management skills and knowledge of third party payers.  Ability to act as a liaison between the center and contracted vendors, physicians, the public, as well as regulatory bodies and state legislators.
