The Company
Our client is a boutique advisory firm with a unique offering for that National International Wholesale clientele it partners with. The board members sit squarely in the circles of influence of Australian financial markets and the organisation is situated in the Sydney CBD. The institution is looking to develop an individual into a Company Director supporting the CEO and with it the opportunity to acquire an equity stake.
The Opportunity
Support the CEO of the Asset and Wealth Management division of the group
- Direct oversight of advisory and management of all monies including FUM and FUA held by the Wholesale clients
- Contribution to the strategic direction and philosophy of the Institution
- Engage and manage relationships with all external providers including Brokers, Fund Managers, Research Houses and internal clients
- Generation of clients in both the Local and International wholesale markets
Your details
- Proven track record of delivery within a sophisticated Wealth Management, Asset Management or Private Banking Institution.
- Demonstrable history of producing year on year growth in a strategic capacity
- Prior experience of working in other International Financial Markets desirable
- Direct knowledge of International Investments
- Impeccable academics, ideally to a Masters Level
- Broad product knowledge of investments including Equities, International Domestic, Rates, Property and Superannuation
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA desirable
- Ability to bring an existing client base desirable
- Strong organizational skills
- Impeccable communications both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
