Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business and five or more years' experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated expertise in practice management, as well as effective problem solving, team building, change management, and oral and written communication skills. Master's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration preferred.

Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and evaluate programs and to analyze fiscal data and develop departmental budgets. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated working knowledge of computers, including spreadsheet and word processing software applications. Must be able to organize and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines. Must be self-motivated, and service oriented.
