Title: Director Assistant - CCSG EG RIM Location: New York-New York Other Locations: The Director Assistant role to the SVP/Chief Credit Officer is an integral part of the team's Leadership structure and will be primarily responsible for providing ongoing support for prioritization and monitoring of departmental and company-wide initiatives, including regular interactions with the Risk Information Management Executive team and key senior partners across CCSG, Enterprise Growth Group, Membership Rewards, and Airline Center of Excellence. Key responsibilities include - but are not limited to: Developing communication materials and presentations for senior management, including C-level management, the Board of Directors, Operating Committee and other key stakeholders as required Leading strategic departmental business initiatives, including processes for budgeting and forecasting, goal setting, PMP/Talent Assessment processes, year-end compensation, training and development, employee recognition and recruiting Providing business analysis, strategic insight, financial assessment and/or decision support for the evaluation of various opportunities and ad hoc projects, as necessary Developing strong relationships across customers and support groups to manage requests from senior management and ensure that key deliverables are met. . The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-starter, energetic and has a very strong capacity to multi-task across multiple priorities and deadlines. This individual should possess a strong foundation of strategic and critical thinking, with strong-follow-up and attention to detail. The incumbent should possess a creative, will-to-win and team-oriented mindset that will allow them to drive results and activities across a multitude of functional teams and responsibilities. In addition the Director Assistant must have: o Strong analytical, problem solving, project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously o High quality written and oral communication skills with proven success in influencing business decisions o Strong and strategic thought leadership to identify business needs and how to solve for them in efficient and innovative ways o Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across a cross-functional team and influence senior leaders o Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a large and diverse team o High energy, flexibility, will to win, desire to have fun o Digital experience is desirable and the successful candidate will be expected to possess or come quickly up to speed in understanding the emerging business needs in the digital space Advanced Degree preferred
