Director –E-Banking Business Analyst
We are searching for a Director level e-banking Business Analyst to work within wealth web and order execution platform team of a top tier global bank. This position is part of a growing regional team which is responsible for projects ranging across the Wealth Business.
This role is a senior regional position reporting into the Head of Wealth Solutions based here in Hong Kong. The e-banking BA will partner with a wide range of teams from the business and technology to record the business requirements for the continuing development of the web front end for the wealth Trade, Order and Execution engine, this role focuses heavily on internet enabled technologies.
This is a new position created by the move towards a more internet enabled platform, you will be responsible for reporting on and planning out the requirements to support the business while working with the technical and development teams to ensure that the technology meets those aims. As a senior hire you will be expected to coach the BA teams in the application of web technologies.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in internet technologies
- Work with regional and global business teams as well as solution owners
- Translation of business requirements into technical documentation for the development and project teams
- Define and refine the technical requirements according to business demand and strategy
- Ensure that the system specifications meet all audit/control/regulatory requirements in addition to delivering the functional and business requirements.
- Work closely with regional development resources to ensure delivery of the requirements is viable
- Experience with FX, Money Markets and internet technologies is very important for this role
The ideal candidate for this position will come from an e- banking or e-commerce background and will have worked on large scale technology projects in the past in a senior BA or Analyst capacity.
