Job Description SOS International Ltd. (SOSi) is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead, develop and manage opportunities within our Intelligence Solutions Group. ISG has core focus on all-source intelligence analysis, collections, targeting, mission support, special skills, counter intelligence, counter terrorism; and support for the IT systems that enable the dissemination of the products (e.g., IT enterprise management, OM support, SharePoint development, information assurance, and logistics). Current customer base includes the special access required (SAR) US Federal Government Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies, Department of State, and the DoD. Our staff are located throughout the US and Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) regions. This senior manager will be responsible for focusing efforts and maintaining progress in the pursuit of business opportunities working collaboratively with program management, contracts, finance, corporate leadership, and teammates. This is a new position and is a result of our continued growth and success within the SAR IC market area. The successful candidate will assume responsibility of the current opportunity pipeline, proposal backlog, as well as add to the strategic plans and opportunities for continued growth. Essential Job Duties: ? Drives opportunities from capture decision to contract award, formulates, communicates and implements and integrated capture strategy, pricing, teaming, competitive intelligence/analysis, client relations, and technical solutions/concept development ? Initiates and participates in consultations with potential stakeholders within the U.S. Federal Government, Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, as well as Non-Governmental Organizations and other relevant civilian actors, in order to identify opportunities for horizontal and vertical program development growth within the Federal market sector. ? Prospects for new customers, develops and expands current business lines, make determination on viable business to pursue ? Orchestrates bid strategies, technical and management approaches, oversight of the development of the cost volume and teaming strategy, as well as capture and proposal strategy ? Works extensively with Director of Intelligence Solutions Group and senior management staff ? Interfaces with SOSi corporate management concerning pursuit status, pricing, costs, scheduling and overall pursuit performance ? Lead role in proposal development to include authoring major sections and volumes. Will act as Capture or Proposal Manager on selected opportunities ? Must be able to multi-task and support multiple efforts ? Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
