Director, Captive Transitions Strategy (leading Investment Bank) recruitment
Reporting to the Managing Director, you would be responsible for creating off shoring strategy for the group. This would involve connecting with onshore and offshore team, looking at bringing up efficiency capability for the center, manage the stakeholders at onshore and offshore locations and oversee the transitions. Furthermore you would require to partner with the business heads to understand the current environment within the teams and ensure that these teams are motivated. You would be looking at effective change transition processes to ensure maximum productivity cost advantage to the group.
The Successful Applicant
- Good MBA with at least 15 years of experience within Financial Services
- Extensive experience within offshoring strategy, transitions, project/change management within shared services
- Solid experience managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to influence onshore partners
- Strong leadership skills
