The role is instrumental in optimising marketing investment by establishing ROI thresholds and allocating funds based on sound marketing mechanics and the use of data for effective customer targeting. You will drive marketing activities to support revenue growth. The role focuses on continuously seeking to identify opportunities for synergies and cost effectiveness from collaboration across the agencies, vendors and business partners.

The role holder will execute marketing initiatives in accordance with the agreed budget providing full transparency to relevant stakeholders and finance teams. You will conduct post campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness of campaign. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will establish and monitor customer trends, behaviour and develop segmentation understanding to initiate strategies and deliver effective marketing programmes.

Accountabilities will include designing, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns which are customer centric at all times and support customer acquisition, usage and retention. The incumbent will also develop the media strategy for ANZ Singapore. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop, conceptualise and implement marketing campaigns to support the Cards and Unsecured Lending proposition and product initiatives.

Qualifications:
The gravity of the role demands individuals with 15 years of marketing experience with knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines including market research, advertising, direct marketing and media planning. Thorough understanding of strategic marketing and brand planning concepts with the ability to transfer superior customer insights into actionable marketing plans will be highly appreciated. Excellent project management skills, prior experience in managing the development of creative campaigns and media spend and prior experience managing partners, vendors, marketing resources and AP budget will be mandatory.
