Director, Cash Product Manager (Insurance coverage) recruitment

Our client is one of the world's leading international banks who are a global leader in the Transaction Banking (TB) arena. With in their Security Services (SS) business (a division within Global Transaction Banking), they are seeking a Product Manager focusing on the insurance sector. As an expert in the insurance space, you will be part of the global team to providing tailored solutions to your client's cash management and liquidity needs. Currently their client base includes many of the world's largest global custodians, broker-dealers, fund managers and institutional investors. You will be instrumental in developing the insurance segment product domain for the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the global SS product development and sales team to devise sophisticated cash management and global treasury solutions for your segment at a local, regional and global level.
• To structure and deliver the bank's Cash Management solutions to insurance client's via pitches, presentations and responses to requests for proposal. The product areas covered would include the bank's payments, collections, liquidity management, client channels and system Integration solutions.
• To partner closely with the product development managers, product structuring specialists and other colleagues from the bank to ensure high quality delivery throughout the sales life-cycle.
• You will also work closely with various in-country sales teams within the APAC region to deliver regional Cash Management solutions to regional treasury centres located in their respective hubs.
• To keep abreast of clients' needs, current market trends, intelligence and other developments so as to provide inputs to Product development as well as to enhance clients' relationships.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience with proven success in major financial institution/ insurance firm in a sales, product or implementation role.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent analytical, sales, communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and work closely with various internal stakeholders
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and some flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
