Top Tier Investment Bank is looking for a Director to head CFO Change for APAC out of Pune, India.
CFO Change (CFOC) sits in the CFO group which also covers financial accounting, group controlling, product control, tax, treasury, new business, shared services controlling

CFOC works across the CFO division to ensure that we execute strategic design and implementation of any major changes to processes and systems by partnering with key stakeholders to create cutting-edge business solutions. We aim to deliver these strategic initiatives using leading project management and business analysis.
This role is responsible for full management of the CFO Change (CFOC) team located in Pune as CFOC Town head. The individual will report into the regional head of SPC Asia (located In Singapore) , who will provide regional oversight, and the functional CFOC Global leads who have deployed teams in Pune . The individual will also have a reporting line into the local Pune CFO town head.
The team will be working on "Change the Bank" projects and will be made up of Project managers, Business Analysts and Testing managers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for overall management of the staff in Pune across the portfolio
- Providing transparency of CFOC portfolio to Pune Clients as more Product Control Financial Control roles deploy to Pune
- Fully accountable for delivery/output of the project/function based in Pune
- Ensuring that the Initiatives / projects are being delivered in accordance with criteria set by the Global functional leads
- Ensure quality of Pune CFOC deliveries through effective staff performance, calibration and content oversight
- Represent Pune CFOC staff and function to the offshore Regional manger and Global line managers with teams in Pune and ensure escalation of regional concerns
- Oversee the CFOC deployment agenda into Pune and ensure as the "receiving" manager that there is good communication with the "sending" manager in terms of roles and responsibility with clear demarcation
Qualifications:
- Accounting qualification e.g CPA
- 10+ years experience in Change Type disciplines ideally in Financial institutions
- 10-15 years qualification relevant experience in managing large
- Experience in managing and delivering Finance change ideally focused on Product Control and Financial Control with a strong finance architecture component to it gained through Working in banking or with a consultant background.
