Director, Change Management Consulting recruitment

Due to growth, this major branded consulting firm is looking to hire up to 3 Directors with deep Change Management consulting skills to join its practice in Sydney.

The work this team undertakes is either sold directly through a go-to-market offering or won off the back of advisory assignments undertaken by other practices within the Group. Industry focus areas include Government, Defence, Mining and Financial Services.

The successful individuals will possess experience in defining, planning and implementing change programs within large organisations, particularly those undergoing major IT led transformations, and will of course possess outstanding fundamental consulting skills (analytical, project management, stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills).

These opportunities will ideally suit a Senior Manager level individual who wants an instant step up to a Director level role or perhaps an ex-consultant who has moved to industry but is now is open to going back to consulting in a senior role. Either way, individuals must have spent at least 3 years within a recognised management consulting firm at some stage in their career.

This opportunity will involve a healthy mix of assignment delivery, people leadership and business development activity - so clearly individuals will Australian experience and contacts would be highly regarded.
