Director, Change the Bank (MIS) recruitment
Requirements;
- FPA/Decision Support/Management Accounting backgrounds.
- +9 years of experience
- Keen to find people with expertise to cover different areas; Retail, Consumer, Wholesale.
- Change experience, people coming from MIS backgrounds with good Analytics, and some systems knowledge (parameters rather than drill down technical detail)
- Content orientated coming from a similar Change background.
- Strategic thinkers, someone who can pull together the information they need and present it in the right way at Board level
- Strong stakeholder engagement, comfortable with senior people
- Understanding people, motivations, seeing things from other perspectives, consultant mindset
- No silo thinkers, wants someone who can be part of a team and communicate openly
- the role is akin to an internal consultant in terms of the mindset needed.
- wants consultant who has done change for banks, line with Change involvement or people who are exclusively leading change (rather than managing it)
