As the Director of Client Management, you will have the opportunity to represent Unum in providing local enrollment and service leadership in our markets.
Specifically;
Work closely with the Sales Team to translate customer business strategies into actionable plans to attract, grow and retain customers; serve as a key contact for service with brokers and customers
Ensure a consistent and efficient customer acquisition process from sales through service
Provide advice and strategies at a case level for account management team including ongoing service, customer development opportunities and enrollment strategies/execution
Provide subject matter expertise in areas including customer service, enrollment effectiveness, sales support, staffing effectiveness, office operations and other areas of expertise based on professional background
Effective and productive partnerships across the company to ensure best practices are applied consistently in support of our customers
Leadership of a high performing team of professionals; accountable for motivating and rewarding in a manner that drives performance and retention
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required
- External view – understands markets, competitors, customers, legislation, etc.
- Track record in Customer Service from loyalty, technical and marketing perspectives
- Track record of success in a highly charged, fast paced and complex work environment
- Strong history of quickly building relationships, gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders
- Ability to manage a diverse group of individuals
