This is a major global bank with significant presence in Asia Pacific. The bank has a great reputation for encouraging professional development, internal mobility as well as a culture which promotes creativity and innovation.

This is an exciting role where you will manage teams responsible for client onboarding for the regional investment banking business , as well as global compliance operations for shareholder reporting and employee compliance. These are functions undergoing transformation and growth, where you will take a lead in driving and managing change. You and your team will also work closely with cross functional teams including compliance and the business.

You are degree qualified with relevant experience in client onboarding and compliance operations. You have strong knowledge in relevant KYC/AML, credit and/or legal requirements. Experience in client data architectures will be advantageous. You will have a solid leadership, communication, change management and influencing skills.
