Director, Consolidated Federal Regulatory Reporting recruitment

As part of this new regulatory environment, the Company will need to comply with new financial reporting requirements, beginning in 2012. This position will also help transition the Company to this new regulation and establish a business-as-usual reporting process to comply with Federal Reserve reporting requirements.

Additional Functions:
* Coordination with the lines of business to communicate changes in reporting requirements
* Implementing the new financial reporting required by the Federal Reserve
* Manage the reconciliations between the SEC financial statement and Regulatory reports
* Coordinate across the organization to maintain a timely and accurate reporting process
* On an ongoing basis, manage the financial reporting process for Federal Reserve reporting which includes building, training, and supervising a team of resources
* Analyze new requirements as they occur to determine their impact on the Company's public reporting and monitor developments in the Federal Reserve reporting arena
* This position requires significant interaction with various areas of the Company including other Comptrollers units, Treasury and various business units.

Position Requirements:

Consolidated Federal Regulatory Reporting Manager Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* A CPA is strongly desired
* Experience with Regulatory reporting such as Forms FRY-9C, Y-9LP, Y-8, Y-12, and Y-6, experience with Forms Y-11, 2314 FFIEC 009, 101, 031 a plus
* Minimum of 8-10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
* GAAP accounting knowledge and reporting experience is desired
* Public financial reporting experience is desired
* Knowledge of insurance accounting practices is desired
* Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight time frames
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly motivated, team player that is detail oriented
