Director Contract Lifecycle Management/Contract Data Utility Program Manager recruitment

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Program Managers are expected to take full end-to-end responsibility for programs. They may manage multiple projects and multiple teams simultaneously as delivery progresses towards the target operating model.

Typical project responsibilities include:

•Establishing governance across multiple IB departments and potentially across other divisions in the Bank

•Articulating business cases and driving funding decisions

•Developing and agreeing scope

•Developing the program strategy and plan and structuring project work

•Ensuring appropriate level of resourcing, recruiting as appropriate.

•Managing project delivery across multiple departments in the IB and possibly across multiple division of the bank

•Monitoring, tracking and reporting progress to the stakeholders

•Ensuring effective communication within the program and out to external stakeholders

•Ensuring that projects within the program are brought to a controlled close

•Ensuring program and project benefits are realized

•Ensuring program and project risks are identified and managed

Division/Department Overview

The Reference Data program resides within the IB Finance function. IB Finance provides support to the IB and Credit Suisse senior executives through its Finance and Investor Relations groups based in New York, Raleigh, London, Zurich, Singapore, and Pune. The vision of IB Finance is to:

Qualifications

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:

Essential

•Graduate from a top university

•Significant program management experience with a leading consulting firm within financial services or in an international investment bank or similar institution

•Track record in delivering major programs in an investment bank or similar institution

•Strong knowledge of investment banking business processes – front to back

•Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams

•Ease in dealing with senior management

•Experience in achieving results in a program/project context using resources that do not report directly to them

•Solid knowledge of IT, including experience of managing IT-oriented projects, user requirements development, and testing

•Good understanding of IT oriented methods and approaches

•Extremely strong organisational skills

•Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills

•Good knowledge of standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)

Desirable

•Knowledge of the process to negotiate legal documents front to back

•Knowledge of the banking regulatory environment.

•PMI Certification
