Director, Corporate Center Finance, FP&A recruitment
The scope of the position is:
- Global Financial Management for Finance and Enterprise Risk Management including expense management control over significant project spend
- Compliance and control for all key processes Coordination of Global Functional Reporting and monthly/quarterly actual reporting and engagement model with Business and Corporate units
Position Description:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action
- Develop timely and accurate analysis budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist to assist the Finance and Enterprise Risk Management executives
- Assess current state policies, procedures and systems and make recommendations to improve effectiveness and control
- Provide technical financial oversight on all accounting matters in close coordination with Parent Company Controller and the Office of Accounting Policy
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership in decision making issues affecting the organization, i.e.: evaluate major projects underway including Enterprise Finance Transformation , etc.
- Evaluate current contractual obligations with third party providers and ensure proper fiscal oversight, cost effectiveness and competitive sourcing
- Evaluate the current finance structure and team to ensure capabilities to meet management objectives and provide individuals with professional and personal growth

Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years experience in a Finance/Accounting leadership role
- Specific experience with FPA and Business Decision support for senior management
- Proven leadership skills, comfort presenting information to Senior Management
- Ability to multitask and manage under tight timeframes
- Advanced computer skills
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
