The position involves a range of responsibilities including:
- MA, Restructuring, Debt and Corporate Finance solutions through Emerging Markets and CEE
- Responsible for Restructuring, recovery and monetization of the companies portfolio of performing and non-performing assets
- Staff Management
The ideal candidate must be:
- A Director from a leading Boutique or Bulge Bracket Bank;
- Strong experience in Telco
- Ideally a background in MA, Restructuring or Leveraged Finance
- Exposure in Emerging markets is ideal along with language skills
