JOB INFORMATION
- Lead and manage a team focused on Fannie Mae's planning and monthly analysis and procedures for consolidated administrative expenses and other key metrics.
- Partner with business unit management to determine appropriate key metrics and related targets to measure results against corporate goals.
- Lead and execute the annual planning process for consolidated administrative expenses.
- Prepare consolidated reporting and analytics for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Assign work to staff members with pertinent skills and knowledge and provide technical oversight or assistance to analytical processes.
- Effectively communicate with senior management on the team's reporting, activities, and efforts.
- Provide technical input or systems requirements to development efforts to create or modify proprietary financial analysis applications used for analytical purposes by the team.
- Develop standards for, and continually improve, the existing processes.
- Represent the team as an expert or resource to cross-functional project or coordinating teams.
- Plan, document, and manage the performance of staff members. Provide for professional or technical growth through assignment, mentoring, or training.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- Master or Other Advanced Degree preferred
- 8 years of related experience
- Strong leadership, influencing, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in the financial services, banking, lending industries, public accounting or consulting industries strongly preferred.
- Superior written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated ability to draft/edit documents for review at the Executive and Board level.
- Experience in a financial planning and forecasting function preferred, with experience synthesizing information from diverse sources across several distinct business units.
