Director- Corporate Finance (buy side) recruitment
The core responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
1) Structuring and negotiating complex transactions and financings for the requirement of the firm. This will include leading execution and transaction teams.
2) As a core member of the global portfolio mgt team, youo will also be involved in investment planning and capital allocation
3) Strategic reviews of key portfolio companies, in particular relating to capital structure
4) Developing and seeking Board approval for key corporate policy frameworks proposal or changes
5) constantly involved in engaging with internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate should possess the following traits (which are a minimum):
1) Solid academics from a reputable university
2) Strong investment banking (Corp finance, mergers and acqusitions, capital markets) experience with at least 8 years of experience leading execution teams, and ideally must have worked in a global investment bank
3) Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
