Director Corporate Services / Deputy Chief Executive
Hays Senior Finance are currently recruiting a Director of Corporate Services / Deputy Chief Executive for a charity based in the West Yorkshire area.
This role will play a key role in shaping the future of the charily and will have overall responsibility for finance, human resources, information governance, IT and estates/facilities. You will lead these service areas to provide a high quality, proactive and responsive service.
You will actively support, develop and implement strategic plans for the Corporate Resources team and Lead and manage the team to ensure that the services delivered are of the highest standard.
The successful candidate will have held a similar role with multi-function responsibility and be qualified in either the Accountancy or Human Resources field. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to be dynamic and continually seeking improvement in leading services.
