You will be responsible for the underwriting of issuer risk limits and exceptions, New/Complex Product Approval Process, limit approval authority, etc. You will be considered a specialist for credit trading, distressed trading and structured trading.
You must have an in depth understanding of credit products as well as derivatives and ability to understand the underlying risks involved in varous structured transactions.
You will be responsible for Credit Risk Management for all Credit Trading businesses with particular focus on Investment Grade, High Yield, Leverege Finance, Mezzanine loans, Disstressed Debt and Non Performing Loan Portfolios.
You will be working closely with the trading desks.
You will have strong experience in corporate credit analysis and leverage finance in a top tier Investment Bank, good understanding of credit markets and excellent knowledge of traded products.
