DIRECTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania US

Expanding and flourishing company is in need of an experienced Director of Customer Service for their Philadelphia call center.  Ideal candidate will be a proven leader with demonstrated results in developing, building and training reps, identifying and implementing strong work processes and ensuring quality customer service.  Individual must have strong strategic planning, forecasting and analytical skills with a dynamic leadership style.  Must be an analytical thinker who knows how to interpret data in understanding what the business needs.

Must have 7+ years of proven leadership experience in a B2C customer service call center environment.  Will have excellent communication skills, extensive experience using technology for reporting, workflow, developing customer service tools generating statistics and must have a firm understanding of the importance of Quality Customer Service.  Individuals that have a passion for cars are highly encouraged to apply.  Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree.

COMPENSATION:  $85 - $125K Base Plus Bonus Potential
