Director – DCM
Base in Hong Kong and reporting to the Head of the DCM, you will:
- Act as a senior member in the team for the origination / DCM client coverage in China.
- Focus on developing DCM solutions (including plain vanila cross-border senior unsecured financing, CNH bonds, financial institutions' tier capital solitions and corporate hybrid capital solutions) for clients in China
- Take leading role in clients' capital capacity and funding requirements analysis
- Maintain relationship with major regulators
To be considered:
- Top academic background in related discipline.
- At least 7 years of expereince in DCM, previous China exposure is a must
- Solid deal execution experience
- Mandarin is a MUST
