Oferta:

Maintain the merchandising standards as set forth by the corporate visual department;
Monitor the general appearance of the store;
Ensure that IS retail processes are applied and followed;
Monitor stock levels and product availability on the sales floor;
Ensure that after-sales standards are followed repairs, customer complaints, quality;
Ensure the store complies with security policies;
Ensure that high-value products and cash are always kept in safe;
Handle customers payments;
Know and apply the principles of day-to-day management of the cash register;
Ensure daily cash reconciliation including petty cash;
Create staff work schedules and ensure appropriate store coverage;
Participate in the recruiting process of staff along with Human Resources and Country Manager;
Play a key role in team motivation by establishing a real team spirit and teamwork environment;
Ensure retention of staff;
Based on the Training offer (local and Corporate), identify, propose and implement training plans under the supervision of the Human Resources and Country Manager;
Develop store turnover in order to achieve Budget targets set together with by Country and Zone management;
Study Top Best Client list reports on a monthly basis, share with Team and develop actions;
Work closely with CRM team from head-office to develop and implement Client actions;
Understand, explain store performance by category as well its mix lines, functions, collections, etc;
Guarantee an excellent customer experience in your store at all time measured through a Mystery Shopping score;
Act as an ambassador, participating in various events organized in the city or region;
Press relation reception.

Perfil deseado:

At least 4 to 5 years in the footware industry and experience as a Store Manager or Director. Leadership, meticulousness, planning and organization, commercial spirit, Interpersonal sensitivity, tolerance to stress and adaptability. Experience with openings of new stores and managment of at least 15 stores.
