To make and impact as the Director, Dealer Marketing you will: Provide strategic planning, development and execution of retail marketing plans and promotions for DIRECTV local authorized retailers/dealers. Be responsible for managing the field marketing team and partnering with the sales team to maximize ROI and achieve annual sales goals through dealer marketing programs for the Independent Retailer Channel of distribution. Develop specific strategies by dealer type, create turn-key marketing programs that engage dealers and elicit participation in marketing promotions, communicate and integrate corporate initiatives at the regional/local level and develop local customer acquisition retail marketing/advertising plans, materials and tactics utilizing newspaper, radio, TV, events, trade shows, direct mail, shared mail and other direct response methods. Supervise a team of 3 marketing managers, manage the department budget and review/analyze regional sales reports and competitive data to guide sales teams in planning local campaigns and sales strategy.
