Director, Design Operations
Develops and drives the processes, tools, and design thinking that support the Creative Strategy, Design Language and Creative Vision for Cole Haan.
Ensures the process and tools are in place that foster a creative design environment without impediments, enable efficiency, and optimize capacity and creativity. Enables the timely execution of design requirements in order to meet overall business goals. In partnership with the VP Design and Design management colleagues, leads the development of a highly effective, innovative, and motivated global design culture. Provides logistical direction, counsel, and partnership for the Design team leadership, Merchandising, Product Development, Product Innovation and Brand Marketing.
