Director, Digital Media Job in Boston 02108, Massachusetts US

We are looking for a Digital Media Director on behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments. This position is based in  Boston, MA for a 4 month contract.  

 

Summary

  

Responsible for all Digital Media for PWIS across all Fidelity divisions.  Involved in high level strategy setting and learning agendas.  Manage the entire process of budgeting, planning, execution, measurement and reporting, overseeing the work of both internal and external media teams.

This position also functions as the cross company “center of excellence” on the rapidly growing digital media landscape, with a focus on innovation and leveraging emerging opportunities, especially around convergence in the areas of mobile, video and tablet.  Involves continuously monitoring and identifying issues and recommending actions around industry developments and trends for advanced technologies, privacy, disclosures and core partner relationships.

 

Responsibilities

 

·      Manage external Digital agency and one internal Supervisor-level direct report

·      Review Digital creative and media campaign performance with Agency regularly

·      Package summarization of Digital performance and optimizations for senior management Quarterly Business Results and monthly Marketing Effectiveness presentations

·      Manage Mobile Media initiatives between external Agency, internal Creative department, Mobile Channel team, and other key stakeholders, including leading bi-weekly Mobile Status meetings

·      Manage external agency on the analysis and publishing of current Mobile campaign performance and merchandise internally as relevant

·      Oversee analysis of advanced digital reporting (Artemis), including analysis of DoubleClick conversion data and merchandise as appropriate across organization

·      Liason between Social Team and external Agency for opportunistic paid Social initiatives

 

Working Relationships/Key Contacts:

·         CKSI Marketing Effectiveness team on advertising measurement and analysis

·         FCA Creative and Account teams to coordinate creative delivery and results review for digital campaigns

·         Acquisition team to collaborate on driving acquisition through digital and print strategies with a focus on end-to-end acquisition; involves participation on existing task forces

·         Digital Distribution (Online Channels) organization to discuss current work and collaborate on digital marketing measurement, test projects, and innovations

·         Integrated Marketing teams (SVPs, VPs, Directors) to present Media recommendations, discuss plans, media point-person for adhoc/new requests

·         Fidelity Legal regarding issues related to web privacy, behavioral targeting, third party ad tagging, etc.

 

·         Solid foundation of marketing and media strategy in digital world

·         Technical understanding of multiple media research and measurement systems (i.e. DoubleClick, MRI)

·         Wide background on digital media landscape, evolving technologies, consumer trends

·         Excellent communication skills
