Director- Distressed Debt recruitment
Our client requires an experienced Distressed Debt Director, with strong expertise covering European financial markets such as UK, Germany and France. As the Distressed Debt Director, you will be expected to source non performing loans, distressed debt and other assets classes from European banks and financial institutions.
You will be expected to have a wealth of contacts in the financial industry and a strong track record of acquiring portfolios, for at least 5-10 years. The position will be based in London, however consideration will be given to candidates whose preference is for an alternative European location. You should be able to provide examples of loans or portfolios you have extracted in the past.
The client is a leading international hedge fund who is looking to establish a presence in the European distressed debt industry. They specialize in providing urgent financing to companies under financial stress.
Key Skills
-10 years + experience in European distress debt, workout, sourcing industry
- Experience with extracting non performing loans, mortgages, bonds
