Position Summary This engineering leadership position will manage infrastructure support for the Global Ecommerce team. S/he will be responsible for providing teams that support both campus technology and Web site operations for all Global platforms. This position will be responsible for Site Operations, Technical Support services, and IT Services. S/he will manage a group of 50+ associates and managers. Management responsibility includes people management, functional management as well as strategic leadership for a high growth multi channel retail organization. Position Description Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics Develops and executes technical software development strategy for ecommerce applications and systems using current business roadmap Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals Ensures product quality Executes engineering projects Provides overall direction for Engineering Reduces customer impact (for example, sales loss) due to applications systems issues
