At the earliest opportunity we are looking for you at the head office of the company in Rostock as:
Director Enterprise Risk Management Audit (m/f)
Setting your course:
- You are responsible for identifying and monitoring business risks and developing strategies to avoid or reduce risks
- Your duties include the development of necessary tools and structures to enable AIDA to manage its risk environment and the development of ERM policies and procedures
- You are responsible for business continuity planning and monitoring of anti-corruption policies
- Furthermore, you will monitor compliance with ERM policies including testing and corporate with external agencies in respect of ISO or IMS standards
- You will manage shipboard audit function for health, environment, safety and security (HESS)
Your previous ports of call:
- You have a Bachelor´s degree in Finance and several years of professional experience
- You have strong knowledge of enterprise risk management and internal control standards required
- Your organizational skills and your written and verbal skills of the German and English Language are excellent and you are proficient in computer software related to the development, delivery and reporting of training and audit programs
- You distinguish yourself through quick-wittedness, assertiveness and pronounced communication abilities
