Director – Finance Change (Pune) recruitment
Our client is looking for a Director of Finance Change to head up a fast growing SSC in Pune, India. This role is permanent and exists to support the bank in its ambitious growth plans, and plays an active role in helping the Bank to achieve its vision of being the world's most admired bank. The division includes CFO Change, Financial Accounting, Group Controlling, Product Control, Tax and Treasury.
This role is responsible for full management of the CFO Change team and will report into the Regional Head in Singapore. The team in Pune is currently 5 individuals who carry out continuous improvement work however the team is expected to grow, by deployment by a further 80 heads by the end of 2013. You will be heading up 'Change the Bank' projects and your team will be made up of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Testing Managers.
You will have 10-15 years Change experience and be qualified in Finance Accounting. You will have experience in managing and delivering Finance change ideally focussed on Product Control and Financial Control.
