Director, Finance recruitment
In your role as the Director, Finance within our Global Research Operations Organization, you will be responsible for providing actionable financial analysis and information to senior leadership, management and business managers; developing a detailed knowledge of the research process, staffing and utilization; applying knowledge to continually identify opportunities for improved reporting and highlight potential inefficiencies, communicate opportunities to management and assist in implementation of approved actions, as necessary. You will define and implement appropriate metrics to assist senior leadership and operations in managing their businesses; improve business unit financial reporting to provide efficient, meaningful and actionable reporting; and coordinate and manage annual budget process for research departments in conjunction with other functional areas.
Education/Experience Required
--Bachelor’s Degree with 10 or more years relevant experience (financial planning, budgeting, forecasting)
-- MBA or CPA required or equivalent combination of education and experience
-- TM1, Lawson, Oracle, JD Edwards and Salesforce.com experience a plus
--Strong knowledge and proficiency necessary in additional software: Excel and PowerPoint
