Director – Financial Planning & Analysis recruitment
A market leading retail financial services business seeks to attract an exceptional individual to take on a Director level position leading their global FPA team. Reporting directly into the Group Controller with a dotted line into the CFO the role will be responsible for delivering a more commercial outlook for the current FPA team, providing more insightful commentary and analysis in support of the Group EXCO/Board as well as the Corporate Development and Investor Relations functions. The role will also involve the management of the annual/monthly reporting process, analysing results, providing MI and acting as the finance SME on new deal activity. The successful applicant will be a senior finance professional with a background in blue chip consumer financial services business (retail banking/Insurance). They will be a qualified accountant and have prior experience of leading the FPA/MI function within a FTSE 100 environment.
