Director (Financial Services) recruitment
This is a very senior role which will be based in Dubai, the ideal candidate will have secured considerable experience within the Management Consultancy field, preferably within the Financial Services practice area and it is imperative that at least 5 years have been based in the UAE / Middle East. The role is heavily based on developing new relationships within the Gulf, creating new windows of opportunity within the Financial Services industry across the UAE and also with a strong emphasis in Turkey as well. This role needs an experienced individual that is both commercially and technically minded to help build a business within the Middle East of an established global brand worldwide. For the right candidate the opportunity to reach Partner level is a realistic goal within 1 year of joining. Candidates must have the following experience to be considered for this role:
- At least 10-15 years experience from one of the world's leading Management Consultancy e.g. McKinsey, Bain, Booz, BCG etc
- coupled with 5 years experience of working within a Strategy group working for a bank in the UAE / Middle East at a very senior level.
- already at Principle level / Engagement Manager if working within a leading management consultancy.
- well networked within the UAE to be in a position to act as a 'rain-maker' to develop business across the UAE within the Banking Financial Services field.
- the ability to build a practice area under an established global brand.
- Strong management capabilities with the passion and vision to build a strong team moving forward.
