Director, Fixed Income Analyst recruitment
This position will focus on both investment grade and below investment grade as well as global and emerging markets fixed income.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with members of the fixed income team to evaluate current manager portfolios and identify new managers, strategies and portfolios
- Assist in the creation and preparation of reporting materials for fixed income funds including written communications regarding developments in the market
- Develop proprietary analytical models related to macro economics and commodities
- Work with BlackRock Solutions and other external systems vendors
Background Requirements:
- 4 – 5 years of fixed income manager research and analysis experience
- Strong fixed income portfolio analysis skills
- Prior experience with BlackRock Solutions is a plus
- Strong qualitative and quantitative skills
- Advanced Degree or CFA is strongly preferred
- Series 7 63 required
