Director FX Institutional Sales – Hong Kong recruitment
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7-plus years experience in FX Sales
• Extensive experience working in Hong Kong
• English (required), Mandarin (preferred)
• Experience working with and being responsible for Asian asset manager clients ('real money') and central banks
• Proven sales and relationship management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills with strong communications and presentation skills
• Extensive experience with international currency markets, including impact of economic and political factors
• Extensive experience with foreign exchange trading instruments
• Knowledge of emerging trends in the industry
• Strong ability to make sound business decisions, under pressure.
• Creative problem solving skills with the ability to quickly identify, recommend, and implement solutions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Sales in HK
