Director – Global Transaction Services recruitment

A leading global bank has a vacancy for a Director level hire in their Global Transaction Services division.

Role:

To develop a significant revenue stream from structuring traditional trade/credit products (Letters of Credit, Receivables, Loans) for clients
Global focus (particularly EMEA clients)
To maximise return on capital and mitigate risk though extensive use of collateral structures
To develop the strategy for penetration of this market
To sustain year on year growth within this area
To hunt, develop and win new business in this product area
To partner with other internal teams to cross sell additional areas/products to existing client base

Responsibilities:

Revenue creation
Identify and develop target markets and client segments (e.g. Hedge Funds, Private equity).
Take on the role as deal primary, selling product solutions against customer opportunities sourced personally and sourced with partners.
Identifying and driving cross sell opportunities with other business lines (e.g. Liquidity and Investments, Prime Brokerage, Securities Lending)
Close interaction and cooperation with other business areas such as Relationship Management, Sales, Credit, and Operation to provide product knowledge, support and guidance to other units in company
Risk mitigation including collateral structures and differing legal frameworks
