Director Group Financial Planning and Analysis recruitment
This is a an excellent opportunity to join a high profile business group that is a diversified conglomerate; that has interests in a wide variety of commercial activities. The organisation is currently in a process of transformation and this is a newly created role that aims to develop a highly attuned financial analysis and planning division within the group.
Key elements of the role will include;
- Provide leadership of the Group financial planning and performance management process
- Delivering Group PL, balance sheet and cash flowfor the 3-Year Plan, annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasts.
- Implement Business Planning and Consolidation module (SAP BPC)
- Provide internal management reports, KPIs and analysis for the Board
- Refine and reviews systems, procedures policies
- Implement develop key reporting tools (Hyperion/ Cognos/ SAP)
To succeed in this role you will need a strong academic background combined with exceptional communication skills. An essential is full Professional accounting Qualification (ACCA / CPA/ CA – first time passes preffered). Recent working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP is essential.
An essential is a strong working knowledge of a multi-dimensional Business Planning and Consolidation reporting tool such as SAP, Hyperion or Cognos and previous experience of implementation of one of these packages would be useful.
You will need exceptional communication skills to enable you to build strong contacts with the business across the region; through which you are able to influence and interact with the key business managers.
Previous experience in a similar role with a high profile Fortune 500 organization is preffered and experience of emerging markets would be preffered.
